One Of Those Years - Poem by Daniela Joseph

now it's a new school year
i thought i might have luck
but then i shed another tear
when i saw you with that slut
so one day i hope you know what she is too
and i'll be stupid enough to ruin right back to you
heck she's even a grade above you!
but if you ever need me
you know where i'll be
i'll be in my room
listening to my woefull tunes
like a lost puppy
but if you decide to stay with her
just remember i told you
someday she'll just fly off, somehere with her crew
so as i stand here with just one more tear
i stop and think
'so it's going to be another one of those years'
