One-Thousand Sunsets Poem by Beating Tree

One-Thousand Sunsets

I was born to this world.

Worlds apart from my heart.
It fell into a river.
Lacking a heart i never smile true.
Loving has been but a dream.

Winter blew a great storm one day.
A single heart froze in a river.
It is still frozen today.
Tame my heart and burn within my soul.

I will wait,
One-Thousand sunsets.
