Oneness - Poem by Patience

Everything's fine but the games and the lies
You overreact to things
So unnecessary
Running on empty

Everything's cool till you bend all the rules
We bent them before we opened the door
Needn't be cruel
Nobody's fool

Everything's sweet till you sense the cheating
You think it's a joke so you cry and you go
And there's no one to call
Anytime, anymore
But if you just love
You still fight the war

For so long it hurt and we failed to divert it,
Great self-disgrace
And true jealousy
But everything's fine
If you value the time.

Somewhere inside you'll find the desire to
know oneness,
like oneness knows me
For it's all I can be
And if we just stay
We'll find all we need
