I'm tired of sending you all these poems that other people wrote. Sending you someone else's feelings. No more, now it's my turn. Words from my heart, how i feel...They say that, you never know what you have until it's gone. But, I knew exactly what I had as i let it drift away...but i never stopped loving or caring for you. I had to let you go for you. I know it makes no sense but in my heart I knew it's what i had to do. I knew that i couldn't let myself put you in a postion where your heart could be broken again. You might have been ok with me hurting you and you might have forgiven me and took me back...but i wasn't ok with it. I'll never forgive myself for what i put you through. But I do want to make it up to you. Let me show you that i do care. That I truly am sorry. I'd never ask you to be mine again. No, I'd never ask you to love me the way you did before, that would be selfish. Instead, I'm asking for a friendship. A lifetime of laughs, hugs, fun, and happiness. Maybe not the ending that we first planned but having you in my life is all I really want. Yes, we have a lot to move on from and a lot of present feelings. Feelings I believe will never go away. But it is that bond that I know will keep us friends forever. I know i am asking a lot and i understand if it is too much. I will still always love and care for you. I will not be mad. Hurt? Yes. But this pain i will endure for you. This is my final plea. Come back into my life? For good. It's all i ask. If not now then fine. Go. But just remember as you walk away...no matter how far you are down the road they call life, if you ever decide to turn around, I'll still be there. Waiting for the day you're ready. And if that day never comes, I'd like you to know that I'll be standing there in the end waving goodbye, enev though you cant see me...
