who are you, where did you come from
where is the girl I knew, what happened to her

it is you, i can see in your eyes. who have you become
I don't understand, how did this happen, who are you now

oh I see, enclosed in your shell, so much pain,
only time could tell. the story is in your eyes, i hear it
in your lies, in your sighs, in your cries.

despair chases you through the night, no where run, no where to hide
except inside. cover your eyes and your ears. keep telling yourself
there is nothing to fear.
its almost been a year

can you really live this lie, look in the mirror every morning
crying, when your soul could be soaring.
its ok love, we are all here waiting for you to come out of hiding
open your eyes, stop all the fighting. i don't look at you any different,
now you understand my pain, you walked in my shoes, a lonely road it is, everything so blurry, no light to show the way.

My love is eternal, thick and thin, no other can ever penetrate within.
