On-Site, Off-Site: On-Sight, Off-Sight Dichotomy

Gratitude to all who labor on site, by sight.
Kudos, too, to all
who labor off-site, out of sight.

The furnace does not ask where you stand.
The work does not check if you are seen.
Monumental mounds rise
from hoeless hands and hammered hearts.

Let us end the funny fury of division.

Let us build with truth.
For results.
For impacts.
For the name of MOUAU we carry together.
