You close up your feelings
You close up your mind
Why not open the door?

Open your heart...
To find out that you are capable of loving
To find out that you really matter
To find out that life can be good.

Recognize your feelings
Know when you are sad
Know when you are glad
Know that feeling something is not bad.

Open your mind...
To change - as that is good
To other's opinions because they count, too
To allow yourself to show your heart's feelings.
