I know what our thoughts
would doif they met by chance.

Your thought turned your head proudly
and then, long into the night, you would think
about us as an unpleasant moment
in which the weakness of your ego and I met.
It would be to your great I only
one, unnecessarily sleepless night.

My thought would be confused stalled,
she would look after you and then
she would wander with memories
looking for a reason why you lost
a sublime, tender heart that I am
fell in love the first time we met.

Naše misli

Znam šta bi uradile naše misli
kad bi se slučajno srele.

Tvoja misao si gordo okrenula glavu
i posle bi ti, dugo u noći, razmišljala
o nama kao o neprijatnom trenutku
u kome su se sreli slabost tvog ega i ja.
Bila bi to, za tvoje veliko Ja, samo
jedna, bespotrebno neprospavana noć.

Moja misao bi zbunjeno zastala,
pogledala bi za tobom a zatim
dugo bi lutala uspomenama
tražeći razlog zašto si ti izgubila
uzvišeno, nježno srce koje sam
zavolio prvi put kad smo se sreli.
