Outsiders Poem by Oscar Peterson

Outsiders

A simple conflict it started here.
Behind the wall he's mugged here.
Camaraderie will fail, so the beer
Death, in defense, they all fear
Endless battles both good and evil
Fail they must, as all things do
Gone the wind, Bob rests forever
Hiding in wait for a day long lost
I'll wait here forever or jail taketh me
Joined by friends I'll help save the day
Keep my promise for it may be last
Lost in injury he may not recover
Many will mourn him, and love him, and praise him
Nie it's in vain for I am long gone
Or else the devil will take me
Prepare for the worst it's looming near
Question every decision or, jailed you may be
Rumble or lose that is clear
Strengthen each other and bring yourselves up
Together you'll beat them, together, you'll win
Unleashed they were as they battled for freedom
Victory was won but it came at a cost
With it came death and the judgement seat
X-treme conditions they all tell the story
Young and "innocent" or, so said to the world
Zero, acquitted he'll come out clean.with
