Overflowing, Overwhelming Poem by Spunky Minx

Overflowing, Overwhelming

A cricket plays its tune
And my heart shrinks in surrender.
There's so much love, and so much life
That it beats so I can breathe through.
It's just not big enough to store
All the goodness shoved upon me;
But when it ends, then it will stop
And will not dare to pound goodbye.
