Painful Review Poem by Satish Verma

Painful Review

Can love be ever noble?
I was death. You throw a stone
in an empty well to test the water.

The cult of constant
pain was a religion. But the ship
will not come into sight.

How much life was
in a dying moon? I am still walking
in a cave full of treasure.
