Paint our Love

You're my artist with strokes of purest love
Let my body be your canvass
Etch out our loves imagery in shades and hues
Allow Imagination to play our song
You, paint our love

Please draw me nigh to you
And then gently take my hand
Embrace me with your all-consuming love
As these tears I cannot stand
Do paint our love

Cast a spell on this distance
Spin a web of words to ease my angst
Hold me tenderly, close to your heart, my love
Shoulder the burden of my love torn pangs
Then paint our love

Feel me tangled in your mind
Let me be the reflection in your eyes
This journey is our destiny
Our severance will not be a reprise
I pray our Paths will soon join in unity
Now masterfully paint our love
