Paper Roses Poem by Tear Of An Angel S.R.B.W.

Paper Roses

Rating: 4.0

Hush my darling
I pen away
Wiping the tears that remain
Turning the page
A moving piece
A moment in time
Blossoming before my very eyes
Soft spoken words
Written away
My reminder of another day
The flowers of our love may die,
but fragrant memories linger
A small token
A gift for my love
These paper roses
Written above
Each line holds a fold
A crease in words
Ruffling with Aroma
Filling me so
The flowers of our love may die,
but fragrant memories linger
Forever upon my page
Forever in my heart
Memories remain
But the flowers still wilt just the same
