Paradise Poem by alric hutchinson

Paradise

I heard once of this place called paradise, a passion closer than you think. A place where the sun beyond the golden hills would sink. A place with tears of joy cried rivers of happiness, cought up in this moment, nothing more, nothing less; an undefined time or place, feel the gentle wind as it puts a smile upon your face.

Seas with the reflection of memories and trees with fallen leaves, each representing your enemies. A place of skies clouded by your wildest dreams; when it rains and soak the ground you're now walking on a reality. A place where stars are at the reach of your fingertip; so lost your mind is on paradise, that you cannot find it.

It is a state of mind, an endless possibilities of thoughts that you will always find. An imagination wilderness of infinity; always searching but never fail to find, serenity. A place with the road of the unexpected; a distance far nor near, wondering this path leaving footprints in the sand, they are your fears.

Your fears left behind you and a new day begins. Night falls under the yellow moon; such silence that you cannot hear a thing, so faded your mind is in paradise its like a candle in the wind. I guess this is more than what you can expect in real life, but when you need a break from reality, what better place to find it than in paradise...
