Parting Poem by Satish Verma

Parting

Sometimes I will
miss you badly. You won't cry
easily unashamed.

Legacy of stairwell?
Wanting peace? Dying was
beautiful. Don't go.

When the words quit
your lips would move noiselessly
silent holocaust.
