Parting Ways Poem by Joen Coronel

Parting Ways

Flowers bloom in abundance
Spring leaps to a spacial rend
Minds trudge the craggy marshmallows
Is that a dream or reality?

Horizons expand; oceans lean on sun's shoulders
The waters - they're trekking the evanescent surface
And I'm just here- floating in an evaporating rain
And you? Where have you been the past days?

Dark and perfect, predicament steals the show
The entrance's still blocked, we have to wait
That's why we head to a cloud-smooched mountain
Where the parting ways takes place - a painful resolve
