If this is where you want me
where else can I be now?
another day for me
to wander the big town.
I am making good use
of the legs you've given me
they take me to different places
I never thought I'd be.
My eyes are seeing better
they're looking up and around
they spot different colors
that aren't just on the ground,
My ears follow my eyes
and hear your soft rhythms,
my lips stretch side to side
drawing a smile on my face,
my heart starts rejoicing
playing its loud sweet drums.
