Passion Poem by Zoran Bogdanovic

Passion

A butterfly landed on a poisonous flower
attracted by its fragrance and grace,
drawn by desire, passion and life's embrace.

The chanting fields turned silent in pain,
the nearby forests ceased breathing
and the air started smelling like rain.

The space shrunk and the time stopped
as dead butterfly by the flower dropped.
