Path Of My Destruction Poem by Britnany LoveBug

Path Of My Destruction

I’m sitting in my room
The ceiling spinning above me
I’m thinking of my doom
The one who has caused all this
She was beautiful, and I loved her
All her kisses and hugs I miss
She led me on my little way
This will lead to my destruction
She never asked for me to stay
Her laughter and all it’s glory
Gave me those butterflies
I always say I’m sorry
She offered her hand
I never should have took it
Now I can barely stand
All day and all night
I surround myself in false happiness
It turns everything so fragile and white
Numbs me from the inside out
Tingly all over, I think of you
This is you all over again
You won’t be mine again, oh you
I want you out of my head
Always there in your own ways
The only solution is for me to be dead
Now you say you love me
And I know what happens now
I think it’s really meant to be
Another puff and I’m good to go
You take my hand once again
I’m thinking could this be so

And this my friends, this is the path of my destruction
