Pathfinder Poem by Henry Albertson

Rating: 5.0

The professors and the wise men,
they are fools!
They saith their foolish words,
like ghouls!

Heed them not,
they do not know,
they do not reep,
they do not sow!

Hark - Ho!

Go forth, yonder seeker!
Seeketh not thy wisdom there,
Seeketh on this page of rythym and ryhme,
and findeth thee the wisdom there this time.

And every time thereafter,
battle not with their lofty airs,
keep ear to the ground,
and mineeth thee thine own heart.

Ho - Hum!

They are fools who think they know,
but all they know,
are the ways of foolishness!

Yonder! - Go!

True. The professors can't teach you how to live your life, maybe they are just fools in disguise.
