Pause Of Life Poem by Prem Samba

Pause Of Life

When anger stirs within your chest, take heed,
Pause, breathe deeply, let your heart be freed.
In calm reflection, find a softer tone,
For words of peace are seeds in wisdom sown.

When troubles strike, take pause, breathe deep, be wise,
Don't rush to solve, for haste can blind your eyes.
With careful thought, solutions will unfold,
And steady hands can turn the lead to gold.

When grief descends upon your weary heart,
Pause, breathe deep, let strength within you start.
With courage gathered, face the shadow's call,
And find the light, no burden left to fall.

When joy floods in, take pause, breathe deep, stay calm,
Too much delight can bring an unseen harm.
For unchecked bliss may cause your heart to strain,
And turn your brightest day to sudden pain.
