Christian Vignoli

Rookie (California)

* * Paused In Time * * - Poem by Christian Vignoli

The sour walls and grimey floors
freeze in the position they were in,
and the gothic, cathedral doors
no longer slowly creakin'.

I'm with you, my one, true love.
Licking the corners of your lucious lips.
As I hold you by your hips,
all I can say is this is way more than enough.

Paused in time...
Paused in time...
But still falling,
falling in love with you.
