Pay It Forward Poem by Sarah Gray

Pay It Forward

Pay it Forward
i wrote this poem during a social studies class, while we were watching pay it forward, so i wrote this only because i wasnt paying attention...haha

The park is empty,
Just a few people.
I stare at those,
Who walk by with,
Happiness.
Then I stare at those
With no happiness.
Only sadness.
Only sadness.
I feel bad
For those who
Feel sad.
I want to help.
I want to help.
I look at the
Homeless people,
I feel sad.
I look into my wallet.
I see hope.
I see forty-seven dollars,
And eighty-two cents.
I smile and look beck.
I look back at the homeless.
I look at the lonely.
I look at the sad.
I know what to do.
I will leave hope for the sad
I will leave hope.
I will leave forty-seven dollars
And eighty-two cents
Worth of hope.
For the sad.
