Payton's First Communion
Payton’s First Communion
Was it angel's food given to you
Or your angelic presence given to our view?
' Body of Christ' reverberated in the Basilica’s air
'Amen' was your responsorial prayer
Your First Communion was our pilgrims'delight
Your soul blazed its own etherial light
Our Lady showered her grace on the 4th of May
A glimpse of heaven- on Payton’s sacramental day
