Peace - Poem by Lonnie Lowry
Peace is like the meadow where the wild flowers grow.
Dancing back and forth for all their beauty to show.
Peace is like a trickling brook.
Silently flowing into every crevice and nook.
Peace is walking the streets without any fear.
Knowing all is well, that no danger is near.
Peace we strive for world wide.
With everything in the open, nothing to hide.
Peace we can have throughout the land.
Only by excepting Jesus and holding his hand.
