Peace Of Mind For Now Poem by Shalom Freedman

Peace Of Mind For Now

This morning
There is a peace
In the silence of waiting
I am too early
But there is a feeling of blessing
Before the morning prayer now
I am alone with the sky and the light
Peace inside unlike yesterday
A person is more moods than he knows how to deal with
But for now
Peace inside and out
Peace of Mind, my father
What you sought all your life
And could not find
Is your sons now in his old age
Now he has peace of mind for now.
