Peace Or War? Poem by Rajat Kumar

Peace can never be won if we dare to fight,
What kind of atmosphere will there be in sight?
All that begins in anger ends in shame,
Its all about controlling the nerves and that is the game.
We can't achieve anything after the fight is done,
Thousands of people are killed on the stroke of the gun.
We can learn a lot from any religion,
We've to trust in peace and that is the big decision.
Fight and war create nothing but lead to an end,
Creation of peace will make the mind mend.
Soldiers sacrifice their lives to compete for peace,
Terrorist arms themselves and try the people to grease.
Not to harm anybody as told by our forefathers,
War make the worst and make our gloomy future.
Plants destroyed, humans-animals suffered and
atmosphere becomes dirty,
War create sufferings, destruction and makes
the world sooty.
It effects everything while natural or man-made,
It creates smoke in the sky and a gloomy shade.
Many lives lost and families becomes frailly
(weaken) ,
We can reform for the good by motivating the self daily.
Peace can only be achieved by thinking rightly,
Only war can be achieved by thinking mightily.
Devotion to God and yes only by this devotion,
We can get then the very perfect notion.
Thinking rightly provides the path of brotherhood well,
Future will then be bright- a reality in nutshell.
Nobody will suffer when there is peaceful
environment everywhere,
The initiative can be taken for creating situation
better from anywhere.
Peace come to us only by making our thinking bright,
Only friendly atmosphere will there be in sight.
Birds will fly freely, animals will do merrily activities,
Are we about to learn nuisance or realities!
