Peace Symbol Necklace Song, The - Poem by Paul the Lion

Well, I don't care if I'm in Frisco or Texas
Long as I got my peace symbol necklace
Hangin' down, restin' on my chest

It looks nice, shiny an' silver
It don't rust when I swim in the river
It's been worth the price

Gets me snarls from hicks, smiles from hippies
An' a whole lotta looks from all the pretty ladies
I can tell you now, I won't take it off

Goin' home to Dallas, I ain't scared
If I piss off all 'em rednecks, I don't care
Far as I'm concerned, they can all just go to hell

Good one. I laughed at the last two lines. :) Sincerely, Connie Webb (Report) Reply
