Peggy Reeves Love Poem 1969 Poem by Joshua Merchand

Peggy Reeves Love Poem 1969

'Take hair of brown,
Eyes of the same,
Plus personality'
And God said;
'Give her a name,
Call her Peggy!
And send her to Earth'
Added He.

The angels cried out.
'oh NO!
'That's to LOW
For HER
TO go, '

God won out;
I know.
I have met
THE ONE
Called
PEGGY.

Now I've Touched
Her;
Held
Her
Know
HER.

Now
SHE IS
the ONLY ONE
for me.
