Perfect Storm Poem by Diamond The Ninja

Perfect Storm

He was like roses full of snow,
his curls, his sweet voice made me glow,
M. was my saviour although
He knew he had to go

I wondered why he didn't call
I broked down, crashed into the wall
Am I the butterfly or just the worm?
He let me drown into the perfect storm

He talked so sweet, he talked so slow,
I was so high, but never low
he walked away that windy night,
I swear I couldn't see the light

„I'm not so pretty" is what I think,
I felt how I begin to sink,
the tears rolled down my red-toned cheeks
I'll miss this man for days and weeks.

The pain will never ever end
No matter how much I might pretend
„I'm happy, I don't need a man"
I love my angel, now and then
