Ph: Life: The Futility Of Fear Poem by Brian Johnston

Ph: Life: The Futility Of Fear

We know we all fear Fear but what gets accomplished,
For Fear's just a feeling like Love or like Hate?
And most fear has no answer, like rain or like sunshine,
Survive, I feel foolish, let life be my fate!

So what did I gain then by all that attention?
Was I that much safer, for what did I slave?
Just a moment's sufficient to handle most problems,
The time that I worry I take to the grave.

Is anything scarier than lack of knowledge?
A monster is looming but how can we kill?
Still, an easy solution can be just avoidance,
Who loves facing danger? Sir, I've had my fill.

Communities grow when we choose to serve others,
The larger the group then, the fewer attacks,
And a friend can have answers you never would think of,
A plan not to worry can help you relax.

Why chose then to worry when No! 's a solution,
You've all of your senses, provisions, why grieve?
A three hundred and sixty-degree range of motion,
Your answer will find questioned path! Take your leave.
