Picture Me Poem by Carolyn Sears

Picture Me

Remember me from the time of
Old

Dare not scatter my heart into
The wind

Let me dance to the tune of the
Stars

Write my song by the melody
Of the moon

Remember me from the time of
Twine

When you stood knocking at my
Door

Cold and lonely you portray

Alone crying amidst the starry
Sky

You could not see nor feel the
Beauty

Of the sky filled so full

Gods hands reaches down from
Heaven

Filling your life full of riches
So much love

Bursting filling the skies of
Darkness

Pictures of flowing flowers
Draping hanging as a

Boutiques of flowers lining
Twinkling in the distant sky

Calling, calling out

Just fill me full of all the riches

That God left here from the time
Of old
