Plants Don'T Like Being Eaten Poem by Saiom Shriver

Plants Don'T Like Being Eaten

When plants are killed
or eaten they feel pain,
whether greens or
carrots or sugar cane.

Trees, vines and
berry bushes gladly give
their nuts and fruits
but ask that we leave
alone their
leaves and roots

Note: New research at the Univ of Missouri is added to the thousands of studies

recorded in books such as The Secret Life Of Plants which prove plant sentience or

feelings.
