Please Poem by Brooke Ashlyn

Please

As the blood drips down
I'll be thinking of you
Knowing everything you said
Simply wasn't true
As the scars fade away
I'll start to decay
Knowing all the lies you told me
All the games you play
As I lay down
Red swallows me
Fading away where nobody can see
The pain behind my eye's
Hear my silent cries
When I'm dead and gone
I hope you think of me
And remember everything you forced me to be
Please listen to the words that I can't say
Please hear me and the screams that I throw your way
Please stop playing these games you play.
Please just make everything okay.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem is like most of my poems. Combining my past self-harming and my suicidal thoughts. I've had a large problem with depression and just feeling like I wasn't good enough and that's what I'm trying to portray in this.
