Please Poem by Matthew English

Please

Please, please, please, let me get what i want-
to hold you in my arms
and feel your warm breath on my neck.
Gaze into your eyes and lose myself
in your beauty of appearance and mind.
Feel your tender lips against mine
as our moist tongues dance-
to the music we’ve created.
My feeling of touch pierce through your clothing
to reveal the warmth inside.
To feel you’re soft body against mine
and release this feeling i’ve held inside.
So, for once in my life, let me;
escape this melancholic loneliness
that plagues my second thinking of you,
and let me get what i want. At least,
for the first time.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
