Please Come Talk - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Please come talk to me my sweet lady.
We will quietly sit holding hands while
gazing at each other lovingly and
share all we want and all we need.
There is no judgement between us and
that is what has always made our
love and friendship so beautiful and
high above so many others.
Please come talk and let me hold you close
whispering in your ear how much I love you
and how for all these years through now
and forevermore I'll need you very near.
Right by my side hand in hand as I will
always be just for you.
Let me hold you and whisper in your ear
because our words are a reverence which should
not be shouted for others ears.
Please come sit and talk we'll shut the world out.
You're all I see and all I want,
you're all I'll ever truly need.
Please come sit and talk with me I need your
heart beating next to me as I share my entire life
from past to present and well into future years.
I long so much please come take my hand my only one.
Please come talk this loneliness is overwhelming me,
I can't stand it's killing clutches anymore and
you're the only one I want and can stop it abusive hurts.
Please come and talk you're all I want,
you're the most beautiful woman to walk the earth.
I love you so very much and need to pull down
my walls for you and show it all.
