Here We are still,
On square one of our dreams.
Searching for the will
To keep on pushing.

Swimming up streams,
This pain never stopping.
Even prayers, it seems,
Not working at all.

At times, its annoying,
The strange pattern withal
This life is moving
Despite our best efforts.

After the fall,
Always getting up off the dirt.
Aiming for the goal
Of a life with the One I loved.

Often getting hurt,
But never to others showed.
This frail mighty heart
Kept it inside a fake smile.

our love had flowed.
It had been now so for a while.
Even Deity's had bowed
And I thought this would change its course.

But even within a mile,
I could'nt see a helping force.
The turn of events, always vile,
Even then, We tried to hold on.

Shades of remorse,
By these Lovers never put on.
All the while ofcourse,
Through the slough of life plodding.

Soon, it will be gone,
These sorrows and sadness brooding.
Perhaps We'll be left alone
To live in peace and serenity.

Always hoping for that day,
Always wishing that We may...
