Pocket Poem by Christopher Tye

Pocket

Rating: 5.0

Pocket

Pennies and fluff at the bottom of your pocket,
Old boiled sweets going sticky in jacket pockets,
Coins and keys jangling as we walk,
Keeping everything close at hand,
Everything shoved in and out of sight,
Trouser pockets with holes are no good.
