Poetry In Motion - Politics

Rating: 4.0

I express my anger with a pen on a note/
I know my message will reach a few of comrades and my African folks/ economically this country is going down backwards like a wooden kart down slope/
they feed us propanga while they preach about democracy and expect us to vote/
they ridding on a gravy train while my people r killed like Saddam getting hanged on a rope/
To hell with your promises,  I'll expose you like Benedict the pope/

politicians are all the same to me/
you not what you claim to be/
you all belong in Hollywood because you all actors to me/
you abuse states funds for your own fantasies/
expensive life style and luxuries/

Corruption on State funds is foolishness and senseless to me/
lets be realistic, this life is all new to you and you don't believe it's true to be/
I won't eat what you feeding me, we know you went to exile but do you have A college degree/
while you were in hiding we were fighting the apartheid regime and dying like flees/
now we have freedom you bring the same tactic to me/
I dare you to approach me so I can speak what I feel/
right now, I'm 100 kilometres ahead of you and I'm hard to kill/
