Poison Poem by Jennifer Woodland

Poison

Rating: 4.5

This poison flows through my veins.
It begins with sheer enjoyment
And ends in pain.
My whole body begins to shake.
Slowly my brain shuts down.
No sleep will ease the madness.
Energy runs without an outlet.
The poison knows not what it does.
The enjoyment is ending.
It's soon going to turn to pain.
All thought abruptly stops.
My body starts to shut down.
Soft noises pound in my ears.
No one know this pain.
Everyone just watches.
Passion isn't in their hearts.
This poison just killed my soul.
