We plant a seed of love in our heart,
Hoping it will never tear us apart.
We water the seed with our thoughts,
Thoughts which cater the dark side of our hearts.
We provide sunlight to the seed in the form of dreams,
Dreams which end up killing our healthy screams.
We watch the seed grow into a flower,
A flower that blooms with beauty and power.
We cherish the flower with our care,
The Care which reverses, putting us in despair.
The dark devouring the light,
A poison seeping through the veins very tight.
The tears trying to pump out the positive,
Coping up with the sadness, losing to the negative.
All I wanted was to give her love,
The love which someone never made a part of my serve.
