Prancing Deer Poem by Howie Chen

Prancing Deer

As the fawn jumps around,
Wiggling its tail,
It stammers a bit,
And falls to the ground.

It moves a bit,
Trying to get up,
But instead into a thump

It moves its leg fiercely
Like a runner would too,
And gets up so quickly
In a second or two

It runs for the forest,
Quickly for it to be not spotted,
As I see it goes swiftly,
It dances and prances,
Disappearing into the woodland.
