Prayer - Poem by Diptesh Augustine Sarkar
Days and nights
Are tied in a lull—
It's time for me to speak.
I keep my eyes
Tight sealing the lips.
I utter not a thousand words
Lest you hear me not
The pauper eyes just gape above
Methinks You've heard a lot.
