Precious Dreams (Sonnet #51) Poem by Tina Baaklini

Precious Dreams (Sonnet #51)

Love is to dream, I dream of us, of you
But what is a dream without real actions
Love is to do, or else it's fleeting dew
And compromise does prove true affection

We hold O precious dreams within our souls
Weaved by pure love, since the cradle of time
Sown in heavenly gardens, before the fall
They still breathe. Endless they are, so divine!

Take my hand, sweet soulmate, the path let's walk
The sacred path that unite our two hearts
Let's stroll flowery roads, let's sing, let's talk
In sunlight or rain, let's stay, never part

As your love delves into my deepest core
I'll daydream, nightdream of us evermore
