Premonitory Admonition Poem by Sumana S C

Premonitory Admonition

Rating: 5.0

I know,
The memories of the past have perplexed you,
Like an insect entangled in the venus fly trap.
None can rescue you,
Do you know why?
You have forever believed
My judas-kiss to be unalloyed truth.
Not even for once thought,
Promises hardly have any value.
You saw through my improbity- a talismanic mirage.
With cult adoration ran towards it,
Only to be perished, wrecked and ruined.
The star has disappeared from the northern sky,
How will you find your way?
O way less traveller! Led estray by me,
Wait.
My miracles have not yet ended.
There are a lot more to come.
This is only a premonitory admonition.
