Pretend - Poem by The Queen's Dagger

Pretend to feel no pain,
as my heart is ripped from my chest
and no one knows.

It's all a game,
and I always lose;
I always lose everything.

Bearing the Cloak of Invisibility
was once my dream,
but now it is my sorrow.

I am a rock,
stong and enduring,
steadfast and powerful.

I am steady, steady, steady...
Steadily unloved.
