I wonder why we can`t stay this way
I hear everything
I see everyone and everything
I want everything to stay the same
I am a photograph

I pretend everything is good
I feel people`s pain and joy
I touch everyone`s heart
I worry if everything will be ok
I cry when it`s not
I am a photograph

I understand things change
I say it`s ok
I dream everything will turn out alright
I try and remember a time that was better
I hope that day comes soon
