Pride And Joy Poem by Cordelia Adams

Pride And Joy

My son, my daughter
These are words I treasure,
You are the world to me
In fullest measure.
When as babes in arms
I cradled you
And in your teenage years
I was there too.
If I could choose my children
I'd choose you.
I am so proud of everything you do.
And now God Bless,
God speed you on your way
I am still here,
To guide you on your way.
