Procrastination Poem by Suki Nakamura

Procrastination

Rating: 5.0

the more time that is given
the more confidence lies in doing other things
of non-importance

look at me, do you see me?
i have piles and piles of paperwork pending
unable to know
where to start and where to end
everyday the pressure builds up
and my nerves are going crazy
like ropes tangled at their ends

read my lips, i need escape
and this one, this poem, is my secret garden
of words

help me find the images: i see one
an exit door.
