'I promise'
two words you could never keep
5 years down the drain with no remorse or pain
you watched me drain myself of happiness for you and then left
your like my dad
only coming back into my life when it's good for you
was i not good enough for you
but hey now I'm that little kid again that was always promised things that were never true
why did I believe you
